Dark Eden:

On your way to Dark Eden you will find a cave hidden behind a tree. Go inside.

Make your way to the top left corner of the cave and mind control the brigand. Activate the switch just above him.

A bridge will then appear allowing access to the power up.

Hidden Gypsy Cave:

Southeast of Avernus, below a gypsy camp, there is a small cave that can only be accessed in mist/wolf form. Mind control the knife throwing brigand to the right and trigger the hidden switch in the bottom right corner of his ledge.

Proceed north to see that the table has moved and an opening has been revealed. WOW look at all those power ups.

Willendorf Island:

Mist form south of Willendorf castle's main entrance to a small island and find these power ups.

Go south west of Willendorf city to where the tree line meets the cliff wall and get these power ups.

Next, follow the path south an work your way to the cave entrance north of the bat flight to find the next secret.

Near the Dollmaker's:

Mist form across the lake below the Doll Makers onto the glacier and find some power ups. Mist form further south to a small landing and find more power ups.

Mist form west of your location to an alcove with even more power ups then go north to another alcove with yet more power ups.
