As much as these locations look the same they are very different. Let's
just say they are separated by time. 
Go South of Mist Form Dungeon.
Then when proceeding across the water to Vorador's, change course to a
North West heading. You will find this island and a teleporter at the
center that leads to the Lost City. Understand this. There are twenty
eight secrets inside, in the form of switches. All must be done on a full
